What this is

Radar24 is an unofficial, informational glance tool for people flying drones recreationally in Washington and Oregon under the FAA's Exception for Recreational Flyers. You drop a pin and it checks that point against authoritative geospatial data layers and returns a verdict, the reasons, and links to the official source for each.

It is not an authorization system. It never issues authorizations and never replaces official FAA sources. Verdicts are computed deterministically by testing your point against official boundary data (point-in-polygon) and live feeds — never by an AI guessing and never from web search. The absence of data is never shown as "you can fly": if we can't confirm a layer, you get ❓.
